Please read them carefully.

1. Digital Course Access

When you purchase a Course, you receive personal, non-transferable access for your own use.

You may not share, resell, duplicate, or distribute any course materials, passwords, or content.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if sharing or misuse is detected.

2. Payments & Refunds

All digital course sales are final unless a specific guarantee is clearly offered on the sales page at the time of purchase.

Due to the instant and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds unless a stated guarantee applies.

If your Course includes a named guarantee (for example, a results guarantee), the guarantee conditions must be fully met to qualify.

3. Guarantee Terms (If Applicable)

Some courses may offer a specific guarantee.

Each guarantee only applies to the named Course and the exact conditions stated for it.

If a Course has no listed guarantee, then no refunds are available.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, PDFs, templates, text, images, methods, and training materials, remain owned by Nailing The Beauty Business & Rhian Heggarty.

You may use the materials for your own business but may not copy, teach, redistribute, or claim the content as your own.

5. Results Disclaimer

We provide training, tools, and guidance, but your results depend on your own actions, consistency, understanding, and implementation.

We do not guarantee any particular income, number of clients, or outcome unless a formal, written guarantee is included with your specific Course.

6. Access Duration

Unless otherwise stated, digital course access is ongoing for as long as the course exists and is maintained by us.

If we retire or remove a Course, we will give reasonable notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under UK law.

Clients on Tap – 6-Week Results Guarantee

This guarantee applies only to Clients on Tap: The Facebook Group Method Course.

You’re protected by the Clients on Tap 6-Week Results Guarantee.

If you:

- watch all the trainings

- complete all the workbooks

- follow the steps we teach

- post daily for 6 full weeks

- take all the recommended action

and you do not attract a single new client within 6 weeks, we’ll refund you in full.

You must provide proof of completion and activity (workbooks, screenshots, posts made) to qualify.

We offer this guarantee because we know the system works when implemented properly.
